Emerson Gálvez is one of the best Peruvian chefs, being a reference in gastronomy. His career includes a career of more than 30 years, a career that began in Italy. His career took off when he decided to change the plastic arts for the arts of cooking, where he has already spent more than three decades and, in that time, he has opened the kitchen of four five-star hotels and inaugurated five more restaurants. Today he is in charge of the Plural restaurant and lounge & Ambra Rooftop Bar where he has created from scratch the kitchen of the Pullman Lima Miraflores hotel, a cuisine based on contemporary Peruvian gastronomy.
